Education Services for undergraduates

1. Directing learning management system of Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery programs via the electronic platform and the college’s e-learning website in cooperation between the college’s information technology unit and the university’s e-learning center and the university’s network center and providing the necessary technical support 2. Opening the reservation of elective courses for students through the e-learning site and providing the necessary technical support 3. Creating an educational channel for the information technology unit on YouTube providing educational videos aimed at faculty members to train them in dealing with the e-learning site, managing courses, establishing question banks, establishing exams, and providing the necessary technical support to them at any time 4. Participation and follow-up to the knowledge exam of the Supreme Council of Universities 5. Planning, preparing and supervising any electronic tests for students in coordination with the networks and the e-learning center at Tanta University 6. Make personal accounts for all college students in the accredited points program (about a thousand students at each stage) as well as students in the credit hours program in cooperation between the information technology unit and the university’s systems unit 7. Create an educational channel on YouTube that provides educational videos for students to train them to deal with the e-learning site, enter into courses, assignments and exams, activate official mail and provide the necessary technical support 8. Create an official mail for all college students and activate it, for example with the entry of the first group batch, who numbered one thousand students, the official e-mail was done in 72 hours in cooperation with the systems unit at the university and the students were notified on the website and the announcement accompanying the announcement Video tutorial on how to activate 9. Update the college’s website completely and download the latest news on it and on the official Facebook page, in cooperation between the college’s information technology unit and the university’s online portal 10. Administrative services

Updating the data of all employees of the college, including 1. faculty members, associate staff, administrators, and employees, who number about three thousand individuals, and entering them into the Al-Farouq system, in cooperation between the Information Technology Unit with the Personnel Affairs Department and the Department of Benefits in the College, and University Information Systems Unit 2. Make an official mail for all employees and administrators and train them to activate and use it 3. Review the National ID cards data for all college employees and link them to the official personal mail of each of them in the accounting unit, which in turn informs them of any financial dues that are placed in their accounts periodically 4. Doing statistics with data of members of a committee to teach from preparing licenses and promotions

Faculty and Assistant staff services

1/ Creating accounts on the Google Scholar & Research portal, raising the research of faculty members on them, and making accounts on the Egyptian Knowledge Bank website. Establishing * workshops * for faculty members to train them on how to obtain the yellow form 2 / Review the order of the faculty members on the previously mentioned sites and on the scoups site and calculate their average H-Index and the Citation to nominate them to travel abroad at the expense of the university or to nominate scientific research committees by extracting the scientific citation sheet 3 / Create official e-mails for members of the teaching staff and the support staff

Postgraduates Services

1. Make personal accounts for all postgraduate students of various degrees (about 2400 students, total registered with the semester system) on the e-learning platform 2. Extracting the official email and activating it for graduate students 3- Reserve optional courses for graduate students via the information network, for students in all disciplines and classes for all degrees 4. Create an educational channel on YouTube that provides educational videos for students to train them to deal with the e-learning site and book courses 5. Extracting official statements to reserve and attend optional courses

Networking services, internet points and connecting halls

Providing technical support to users and beneficiaries of the -services and applications available through the university's information network. - Monitor all faults present in the network devices, solve and document them, and prepare a monthly report of faults. - Monitor the network performance and measure the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries with the network performance - Adding new wired and wired points in light of the available capabilities and in coordination with the university's information network Managing the college council electronically through the program called us with the presence of a member of the unit team - Providing an internet service for students with different college roles and an access point inside the college's runways
