Dr. Ahmed Gamal Abu-Shahba, Director of the Faculty’s Information Technology (IT) Unit, held a meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, in the Unit’s fourth-floor hall. The meeting was attended by the Unit’s team and IT representatives from the Faculty’s various departments. Discussions focused on the Unit’s preparations for the upcoming academic year and on coordinating efforts across departments to support both educational and administrative operations in the period ahead

Prof. Dr. Gihan Abdel-Moneim El-Alimi, Director of the Faculty’s Information Technology (IT) Unit, held a meeting on Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the Unit’s hall on the fourth floor. The meeting was attended by the Unit’s staff and the IT coordinators from the various faculty departments. Discussions focused on the requirement to update the uploading of scientific research papers for faculty members and assistant staff, as well as ensuring the functionality of links on academic platforms to meet electronic requirements

Professor Dr. Jehan Abdelmonem Al-Alimi, Director of the Information Technology Unit at the faculty, met with Dr. Mai Sami Sheta, Deputy Director of the IT Unit, along with the unit's team and the IT coordinators from the faculty departments in the unit's hall on the fourth floor. The meeting discussed how to collect lectures from all departments and how to upload them onto the Thinqi platform.

Professor Dr. Jehan Abdel-Moneim Al-Alimi, Director of the IT Unit at the college, met with Dr. Mai Sami Sheta, Deputy Director of the IT Unit, the IT Unit team, and the IT coordinators from the college departments in the unit's hall on the fourth floor. The meeting discussed how to manage accounts on Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and the Knowledge Bank, updating data, uploading faculty and assistant staff research, and the role of department coordinators in cooperating with the college IT Unit regarding providing department news, creating videos of each department's daily activities, and supporting the educational process in the upcoming period.

Prof. Dr. Abeer Darrag, Acting Dean of the College, and Prof. Dr. Iman Al-Bahrawi, Director of the Information Technology Unit at the College, met at the eleventh hour of this morning, Wednesday, 9/23/2020, in the presence of Dr. Nancy Mohamed Metwally, Deputy Director of the Information Technology Unit and the unit's work team, and the coordinators of the Information Technology Unit In the departments of the college in the unit hall of the fourth floor, where the meeting dealt with discussing the mechanisms of hybrid education in the college according to the plan of Tanta University based on the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities and the role of the department coordinators to cooperate with the IT unit in the college regarding providing the unit with departments news and supporting the educational process in the coming period

Prof. Abeer Darrag emphasized the need to create a channel for each section on YouTube to support the educational process and to facilitate communication with students.

She also stressed the need to finalize the preparation of lists of students' names in order to facilitate the work of groups to deal with the lectures platform with Microsoft Teams
